Tim's career in ITS began years ago at the Colorado Department of Transportation where he negotiated the State's Right-of-Way with private telecoms to help expand CDOT fiber backbone in order to prepare the state for connected vehicle technology and expanded ITS device deployments. Since then, his passion for technology and safety in transportation has evolved to data analytics and connected vehicle technologies.
