From brokering different types of carbon, renewable energy, and fuels credits, to structured finance and tax equity, to developing regulations for public utility commissions, he understands the power of regulation to drive deployment of clean assets. He launched Giraffe Financial in response to the opportunity the Inflation Reduction Act represents, and is focused on bringing the IRA tax credits within reach for all types of organizations.
