Jen Brown, MSL

A highly skilled and detail-oriented professional, Jen brings extensive leadership experience in fleet operations, facilities management, and public sector administration. As the Section Director for Fleet, Facilities and Solid Waste at the City of Flagstaff Public Works, Jen oversees critical infrastructure, ensuring efficient operations, strategic planning, and compliance with industry standards.

With a Master of Science in Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Administration from Grand Canyon University, Jen has cultivated a career defined by strong communication, team building, and operational efficiency. Throughout her career, she successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets, supervised diverse teams, and implemented innovative solutions to enhance public service operations.

Previously serving as the Fleet & Parts Services Supervisor for Coconino County Public Works, Jen managed a fleet of 600 vehicles and led high-impact initiatives in maintenance coordination, procurement, and compliance.  Her expertise extends to law enforcement support services, having held key managerial roles at the Coconino County Sheriff's Office and the Flagstaff Police Department.

An active industry leader, Jen serves on multiple boards and committees, including the Government Fleet Police Advisory Board and the American Public Works Association. Recognized for outstanding leadership and innovation, she has earned numerous accolades, including the City Manager’s Award and the National Service Award from Coconino County.
